I believe I had something similar few years ago while working on remote desktop using RDP client. May be the cause.
Thank you for your reply, though currently i am not on remote desktop. I am not able to delete it the pop-up or even move it. Not able to see the typical home screen.

Can we get some more details?
- Dynamo Version
- Dynamo Host Product + Version (eg. Revit 2026, Civil 2026)
- Windows Version
if in a host product (Revit) a list of installed plugins. Also worth trying to disable plugins and reopen Dynamo.
