Group Rooms by Apartment ID, Room Name and Export to Excel

Hey guys,

grouping the rooms in my file by their apartment ID (eg 4.01) is no problem. What I want to do now is find all the rooms in each apartment that have the same name (eg if an apartment has two bathrooms or multiple bedrooms), group those rooms again and summate their area. The goal is to have something like this:

can you post the DYN? it will be much easier to see what is going on and for those to help.
