Grid 2D back to 3D, how?

Hello,

i am not sure if it is a Revit Problem or have i to access any API.
at the first look i dont find a solution:


this kind of topic, had also a “app” (it is quite funny)

I just want from the seting 2D (right now in the current doc - it is unchangeable . grey) back to the 3D Mode, but how does it work?

i tried also to snoop out - grids, what i am looking for? Does anyone solved this kind problem

is it a Parameter? or some builtin-stuff like “mirrored”(?)

or is it a “ViewParameter”?

I think you have to set DatumExtentType of the grid to Model:
