I would like to know is there any method to open a grasshopper file (.ghx) in dynamo for Vasari ?

There is no way to open a .ghx file in Dynamo. But there are a number of third party add-ins out there that allow for changes in Grasshopper to translate to Vasari through the API. Check out this Vasari Talk for an overview on four such solutions:
