Getting the surface area of a room

Hi everyone,
I’m new to Dynamo. I’m trying to export the surface area of a room (walls,floor and ceiling) to Excel. I’m looking for another way to get this data. I need to minimize the yellow part. And also this script is only working for 4 rooms, I need a script that works in every situation. I’d be glad if anyone help.

or do you need all the coverings(Elements which touch the room)?
