I’m trying to get the room name of the family instances of all the casework. But why do I get an error with a names of the casework instead of the room names?

Probably because some of them do not have a reporting point in a room. Somewhere in the second node list there will likely be a null or nulls.
You didnt tell preserve indices to be false. Make sure to look at the lists in your nodes.
