Get the Face from Wall Center

Greeting. I am working task for intersection test which defines the clash happens when the MEP hits the centerline of a wall.

I just know a few knowledge about “face” . Could someone teach me how to get the face from the centerline, like the red rectangular line in the picture below, by using Dynamo
