Get subcategories of a family or select families by subcategories

Hello community,

I was reading this post

But I still dont understand how I can get the subcategory/subcategories of a family typ or instance or select families by subcategories. I was trying out here but something doesnt work out.

The family_Elem_Subcategory is a builtIn Parameter, so it should be possible
