Get all elements in links then tag it

I’m wondering if there any node can get all elements in links
Also if there node can tag these elements?

Your question is not precise but you can use the nodes of the Genius Loci package which start with Select (ByView, ByCateOrType, ByLevel…) and the Create Tag node allows you to tag the elements of the links.
