Geometry incorrectly importing to Revit

I’ve generated a complex sculptural form with Dynamo but when I use ImportInstance.ByGeometries to place it back in Revit only some of the pieces display correctly, others explode oddly as shown in the attached images (white background is Dynamo, brown is Revit).

Can anyone offer some suggestions as to what might be going wrong?
