Fruniture schedule on" multiple rooms"

Iam having furniture placed on multiple rooms, schedule returns a null value for “Room name and Number” is there any way revit or dynamo can help me out with this???

first question, do you actually have rooms where the furniture is placed in your model?

Yes, but multiple rooms…!as on the 1st image…, i.e, A single furniture is inside two or more rooms boundries
