I found data-shapes nodes which is able to write forms in Dynamo. Which language they used to write those forms? My little knowledge is tkwinter package need to import to write forms in python, but tkwinter is not working in python code. They used different.
These nodes do not use Python but are written as zero touch nodes. If you want to stick woth python consider the options available via the Revit API or calling forms via OOTB windows content.
Edit: actually Datashapes is Python based. Disassemble the nodes to see how they are created.
