not sure as i cant create that isssue…try reinstall mepover, or try open mep there are some flex node as well…ps i work in millimeter…
probably it could be some conflict with some other packages, you could try remove all your package exept mepover and dynamoironpython 2.7 ver 2.5…but not sure at all as i have never seen that issue with mepover, only with correct some namespaces 
is it the same with pipe by lines ?
