Flatten list problem

Hello everyone,

I have always had problems working with flatten and levels. i am struggling to generate a list. to make comparisons. Currently I have the list as shown in the image.

I would like to have the last list flattened. just focus on the last level of the list. I would like to focus on the last level of the list.
