Flatshot Pipes

Hello all,
i am converting a floorplan view with pipes, ducts and cabletrays into a svg file for powerbi.
Is there a way to “flatshot” pipes to get the perimeter curves?
Surface.FilterByOrientation Node from Clockwork is giving me the horizontal surfaces for Ducts and Cabletrays. But pipes are round, and it won´t give me the useful surfaces.

Look at Surface.PerimeterCurves node and see if that gives you what you are wanting. I assume a flatshot of a pipe wouldn’t be more than just diameter x length.

yeah i got it, but on some points i am still confused why this node gives me craped curves…
