Finding the distance between pipes at a crossing

As title states I’m trying to get the z-distance between overlapping pipes. Following some other’s work but I’m not getting the proper distance on the z-axis. I know one of the crossings has a 2m difference so I shouldn’t be seeing zeros.

Could you share an image of the solids which you are comparing? Please also add the labels of those solids aswel.

I have and I got most of the code I’m using from CivilEnvoy’s work.
