Filter out elements by multiple parameters (Similar as Revit filter)

Hello,

I am Trying to get elements list by 2 different parameters as shown in below image.
for Example

1. created list of elements by family type " EG-0039"
2. another list created by Instance parameter named “Sector” and its value “B_”.

Now I want list of element having “B_” value in sector and and Family Type “EG-0039”

Once i get all elements i want to add total count in “Count” Parameters.
