Filter by Base Constraint

I want to filter all walls by base constraint. Please tell me why is this script not working. Why is operator returning only false values? Why is Base Constraint returning two values (Level, and Elevation) ? How can I brake that list in order to get only Base Constraint, and not level elevation?

At the blue circle add an Element.Name node
