FamiyInstance.space returning null value

I am unable to fetch space using the FamilyInstance.Space node. It is simply returning null. It is working smooth in other model and I think there is probably issue with the space in my current model but could not figure it out.

It turns out that node will cease to work when new phases are added to the project. In my case, as soon as future phase is added it stopped detecting the elements. Had to specify phase in Dynamo to get the work done.
