Hi,
I want to create only 1 object using familytype.bygeometer. But the result i get in the revit project is more than what i want. Can i only get 1 as i expected? Thanks
Hi @Hendri.wicaksono ,
Could you elaborate a little bit more? It seems like the script created one Family, containing one FamilyInstance and then placed (in this run) only 1 FamilyInstance.
HI @Daan ,
Thanks for your response , i get a lot of objects in the revit 2023 project while using familyinstance.bygeometry. whereas I only want one like in dynamo.
I used to be able to make it on revit 2022, like the picture below
I hope you can understand, sorry for my bad english .
in the post above I made it in revit project. I have found the solution to the problem above to use familytype.bygeometry in family and then i load it into revit project.
the next question is whether familytype.bygeometry can be used in revit project?
