Iam trying to update revit model from 2015 version to 2020 version through rhythm package , the code is running without any problem , but message appears as in picture , and all fittings are deleted from revit model , how to solve this problem
They are probably corrupt at some point in the process. Try upgrading one build at a time (2016 > 2017 > 2018 > etc…). Generally otherwise you will just lose some of these objects in my experience.

Can i upgrade one build at time by dynamo and if not possible how to do it
Sure, run the script in a version of revit at a time.
The problem that i havent 2016 , 2017,2018 ,2019 versions for revit
Unfortunately its an unavoidable corruption then by the sounds of it. Maybe send your model to autodesk for assistance with their customer support.
