Failing publish a package

Dear Dynamers,
I have a problem publishing a custom node locally no matter the location I’m trying to save it at. Probably it’s supposed to be simple but I cannot figure out how to resolve it. Can you please help me in the least IT-words possible?

i think because you are using nodes from another packages

Although I constantly act like it doesn’t exist, it is always there when I’m trying to publish. Still don’t know what is wrong.
