I’m currently working on a way to help my team be able to extract the Area Value of the Foyer Area inside a Room, so it can be placed inside the Room Schedule.
Filter your areas first by Area Scheme, then by name - then you will only have to match the foyer area to the room.
Currently you are updating the room foyer area parameter multiple times with unfiltered areas
