Hello Dynamo Forum.
I would like to create a dwg file from my model. In my DWG i want to export the scope box from my view. The idea behind it is that i have my model view as such exported, to open it then in AutoCAD, for example, but then also the scope box as 2D lines and, if possible, on a layer that could be shown or hidden. Unfortunately, I haven’t really found anything useful on the Internet or in the forums so far.
I believe that exporting the Scope Box directly is not possible. Is that correct? Does anyone know better about it?
That’s why my second idea would be to draw the scope box as reference lines using a Dynamo script in order to then be able to export them. But this hasn’t worked so far because the Scope Box is somehow not accepted when I pack it into any node that draws lines. Unfortunately, my dynamo knowledge is also not yet that developed as I would like.
Could someone help me with this problem?
