Export many sheets from Revit to DWG with specific name

Hi,

I’m trying to export a lot of sheets from Revit to AutoCad, the thing is that once i do the exportation I need to change the name of the .dwg file in order to meet the requierements of the office, so basically what i looking for is to export every single sheet with a specific name, that is located it in a Shared parameter inside the sheet.
