Excel formatting list

I thought this formatting looks right but its only placing the last list in the group, and it’s not adding the headers with the add to front of list.

what am I doing wrong

You have an extra level of depth in your header.

Try a List.Join instead of add to front. Also you seem to have an extra List Create.

Hi, you can try to flattern your Title List, then add them to first. Just remember to ensure them are in list level 2
