I have had this same issue, I just installed an older version and it worked.

What version did you install?

Version 12.3.9 because that’s the one I was using before I tried to upgrade and it didn’t work, So I went back to this one. You can try more recent versions and let me know which one works.

I had the same issue try installing bkg number 24-07-2403
you should look at what version or revit and dynamo u have

Still no solution for this problem. Is there somewhere a new version that works with Revit 2025?

Synthesize should be working with 2025.

At least the C# parts of it, anything in SynthesizeLegacy part isn’t maintained and is gradually being switched to C#

However it seems some are facing issues installing it in the first place, can you show me the error message you’re receiving, perhaps I can assist on this.

Saw how this was working and thought it was nice. Similar to Rhythm’s method by the looks of it.

One thing to consider, I have had a few customers where remote downloads are prevented as they domain is not whitelisted. Hasn’t turned up on Synthesize directly, but providing a help doc with ‘where stuff is coming from’ might be something to consider in helping such blockers.

Ah, yeah that makes sense.

In the meantime let’s leave this information here until the documentation stage starts.

Synthesize files will always come from revit.aecgroup.ae

This is the error I get when installing directly and also through the installer node.
