ElementFilter.ByParameterStringValue

I want to use ElementFilter.ByParameterStringValue (Rhythm 2018.7.30) running Dynamo 1.3.2 but I can’t seem to get it to work…

Type Name is exist in Element Types. Currently you’re considering as element. Try this:

A little confused since I’m using Type Name in a VG filter and that also works…
