Element.Type node is not showing Wall’s family type and Family. Its showing for all other structural elements
How may i get family and family type for wall
Element.Type might get this for you.

Not sure sorry … are the walls walls only way i could get a null was to create a wall family category ?
Walls are not families in the same way that structural components are.
Walls = System families
Structural elements = Loadable families
Therefore walls cannot have a family or family type. The walltype your node is returning is the family type equivalent for a system family.
What are you trying to achieve with your walls? Why can you not use the WallType?
Try the Clockwork node Element.Name+ for this. I find it works a lot better for system families where the OOTB node does not
