Edit Revit Type parameters value

Hello to All,
First of all, is it even possible to edit revit type Parameters value through Excel file ?

If Yes, Need some help with the following script

i successfully exported revit type Parameters with their values in Excel and now trying to Import the edited value from Excel to revit but getting an error that the Parameter with this Name doesn’t exist.

What i am doing wrong here?

just check the count of element and Value are equal in element.setParameterByName
