As i can see, Orchestra can manage packages. It’s good. But packages management can be done somehow else (if we need it). And Relay is free vs others.
Not a problem as long as there is a package management strategy. Generally at some point you either need a willing IT department to deploy these efficiently or very reliable users. In my experience both are a diminishing resource in the AEC industry these days.
Pyrevit is also free and open source.

I have Dyno working in Revit 2023 just by copying the Dyno2022.addin file and renaming it to Dyno2023.addin and pasting it into the 23 addins folder. No issues and has been running this way for a couple of months now
