I am working on trying to create 1000+ search sets from an excel file. There doesn’t appear to be any nodes related to creating search sets in DynaWorks15. Is this something that I could create myself? Any guidance would be appreciated.

DynaWorks only can read and get the objects in search sets, it cannot create them.
You could possibly create them with excel from Dynamo but I am not sure on that one.
