Dynamo 1.3.3 and dynamo 2.0 does not support revit 2016, therefore uninstall 1.3.3(core and revit) and install dynamo 1.3.2 from http://dynamobuilds.com/.
Then if you still need dynamo for revit 2019, get the latest version which is dynamo 2.0 from same website indicated above.
