The last supported version of Dynamo for Revit 2019 is 2.0.4. If you need a newer Dynamo build you’ll have to update Revit or risk breaking Revit/Dynamo entirely.
Note that Revit 2019 is no longer supported, so if it breaks support may not be able to help as much as usual.
