I am trying to set the scale display name to “Not To Scale” for several typical details, it is currently set to “NTS” or the drawn scale. I am getting stuck when I get to the Element.SetParameterByName. Thanks in advance for any assistance. 
That’s great! I followed your graph and it works just as I had wished. I also had to figure out where you got the built in parameter name (Document.ListBuiltInParameters - For the curious).
