I am trying to create within floors and walls, reinforcement, which does not exceed a maximum bar length, whilst having the required bar lap / splice.
I have attempted with constant failure to use and apply the nodes which can reputedly offer this capability, without success.
Therefore, l was thinking, if l could use the fabric sheet tool, which offers defined lengths and laps, then use such fabric sheet geometry to obtain mid-points about each curve, then create curves between mid-point to opposing mid-point, to then enable the creation of reinforcement from such curves.
However, the image below is showing that l have the mid-points, but cannot get it to create curves from mid-point to opposing mid-point. Any thoughts welcomed.
