CTRL+A - Select All in Dynamo for Civil 3D

I’m looking for a method to simply select everything in model space then perform functions on the selection. Anyone have any ideas?

“Select” as in get a selection set (like what you would do when you select things with the mouse), or “select” as in Dynamo terminology of collecting/getting data from the drawing into Dynamo?

The first. In AutoCAD I would do a CTRL+A to get everything selected then do a command on them as if I needed to scale or move everything in the file.
