Creating beams at selected grids

I am trying to follow the workshop by Marcello Sgambelluri. Does anyone know why am I cannot get this to work? I have spent hours trying to figure this out already.

Are there any errors that Dynamo is giving you?

There seems to be some problems with the lists as they all seem to be empty after the intersection point.

just feed in the intersect into the curve on the beam node
as shown
