Today I searched the from to find answer about “Create wall from CAD layer”，and I found this post is very helpful,however it’s the method from 2018.Here‘s the link

However,I found the node “Wall.ByCurveAndLocation” from package “Wombat” doesn’t work in Revit2023.The location line doesn’t change.Some say it’s Chinese version of Revit cause this problem.I use string both Chinese “墙中心线” or English “WallCenterline” it would only generate wall by the location of “FinishFaceExterior”
So I tried other way using boundingbox to generate the location line of wall.Here’s my recordings.
