Create Structure from Points list

I have a points list I want to use to place structure, but I cannot cast a line to the curve input of the structural framing node and I cannot create ref points in the project environment so therefore cannot create curve by points. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Seem to me like the Structural Framing node is broken. I created an issue here.
