Create Space from linked model

Hello Everyone,

I have two questions related to create spaces from liked model.

Question-1
I’m trying to create the spaces from linked model by using [Document.NewSpace(Level, Phase, UV)].
It has creating the space but some time while creating the spaces along with zone also created in my model.
I don’t want the zone in my model. Is there any setting i need to do or any thing i want to modify.

Question-2
As shown in the image, the space are created but if architecture have the ceiling with room bounding that time spaces stopped over there. how can i ignore ceiling from linked architecture model (through programmatic). because i want to collect above the ceiling elements in location for updating my project requirement purpose.
