I need create a shared parameter from Build in Parameter “Elevation from Level”
I need this because I need to enter this parameter in Revit tables.

Unfortunately it doesn’t work that way. A built in parameter already has a controlled ID so there’s really no benefit to making it shared even if you could. The two parameters also wouldn’t be related in any way so you’d just have a new parameter you’d have to manage manually.
It’s also unclear what you’re trying to do. Elevation from Level is already available to use in schedules. Where are you wanting to interact with this parameter that you can’t? An example in Revit might be helpful.
