Create Shared Parameter Works Only for Revit File But the family do not upgrade

The created shared parameter created Only on Revit file but the family do not upgrade.
I would like to add values to new created shared so I can use upgrade family in next projects.

First I create new shared parameters file.

the Shared Parameter is created fine

but the family doesn’t have the new parameters

It looks like you only added the shared parameter to the project. You also need to add the parameter to the family. It must live in both the family and project.
