Can I create scope box using dynamo?

Not possible in Revit API. So unfortunately no.

@npan , what’s the idea behind this? Probably it could be workarounded.

No, you cannot create nor edit a scope box. Duplicate maybe, but if you can’t edit it then what’s the point?
