Create "ReadOnly" Project/shared parameter

Hello,
I would like to create a project or shared parameter which the user can Read the values I will inject to it without being able to modify it.

insert shared/project parameter and associate them with formulas depending on your desired input and output. By doing so it should be locked and readable only
