Create combine list

Hello!
I have two list (one with two sublist), and i am triying to combine the first item of a list with the first sublist, and the second iten with the second sublist.i.e A,10,20,30,11,21,31 and B,12,22,32,13,23,33.
Something like the blue solution but better…
