Create Annotation Tag - Issue with the amount of tags

I guess internally it becomes like:
Level1: 15 points + 15 spaces = 15 tags
Level2: 15 points + 15 spaces = 15 tags
Level3: 15 points + 15 spaces = 15 tags

You can try propagating Level to 15 as well. Maybe retrieve levels from the Space. Then see if there’s extra tags anymore.
