I’m new to Dynamo, I want to update an Autocad table using Dynamo. I could not find any nodes that would let me change a table cell in dynamo. Can it be done and if so how do I go about it?

No table nodes yet. I found exporting to excel works best. You can always insert that excel as a table back into the dwg.

Big excel file data link is not possible in Autocad or Civil 3d. Cad is very poor to work with it.
