Oki, what have you tried so far?

A good start is to extract the structures and connected pipes.

If you haven’t done it already, download Camber, Civil 3D toolkit and Arkance packages, they are the best combination in Dynamo for Civil 3D.

Not at my computer at the moment and will not be able to check the possible node within 8hours but give it a try.
