Counting family instances placed in a space

Hi,

I work as an HVAC Engineer and I wish to create a Dynamo script that is able to count the number of air terminals of a certain Type Name placed within a space.

Then, my goal is to write the count and type name parameters of the air terminals to a space parameter, in order to create a space tag to present the information on a plan view.

Example of how I want the space tag to look like:

Space Name
2x Air Terminal 1
2x Air Terminal 2

Is this possible?
